Nursery Trend 1 – Safari is back with a roar!
Safari themed nurseries used to be incredibly popular in the 2000s and they are back in style in 2022 in a big way. The key difference with safari nurseries now is that people are starting to add in a little more elegance in with this theme. Instead of just sprinkling artwork in or adding safari themed crib sheets, new moms are committing more with adorable wallpaper and themed accents that are on the simple side. We are still in the age of minimalism after all!
Nursery Trend 2 – Monochromatic nurseries!
Color is a surprising new and trendy theme in nurseries in 2022! Many new parents are choosing to theme nurseries in a color rather than a true theme, such as safari or character themes. These nurseries have potential to be super eye-catching while playing with a single color by adding in different textures and pieces of artwork that reinforce the color theme.
Nursery Trend 3 – Woodland creatures for boys and girls!
The new theme that is taking 2022 nurseries by storm for baby boys and baby girls is woodland creatures with a hint of fairytale. While whimsical and soft nurseries have been traditionally reserved for baby girls, we just love how this trend is taking hold and adding softness to nurseries for baby boys. To complete this theme, gorgeous woodland creature stuffed animals and earthy tones and textures are combined to make comfortable and safe environments for your baby.
