Cake smash sessions are such a great way to celebrate your baby’s first birthday!

I will guide you through the whole process from planning your session, making the cake smash stress free and fun. All you need to do is bring your little star, a cake and enjoy his or her baby photography photoshoot!

WHEN TO BOOK A CAKE SMASH SESSION

The best time to book is about 1 month before their actual birthday if you would like the images to be used for their birthday invitation or as decor for their birthday party.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CAKE SMASH / Baby’s first birthday photo shoot

We start with a pre cake portrait session of your little one and then move on to include the cake and capture some images of baby eating his his/her cake. After some fun with the cake we will move on to some tub time. We can either do bubbles or a milk bath or if you prefer no tub time a different setup for more baby portraits.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING

If you could bring a favourite toy that would be great to get your little ones attention. Also a favourite snack would be fantastic, just in case baby is not into the cake and we need to coax them a little bit.

Of course we can not forget about the cake! Due to allergies I do not provide the cake, but I am happy to send you some recommendations.
